Investment starting at $5,000
The ideal solution for the couple who needs full support to assist in the preparations for their big day. you have the vision, but you’re not quite sure how to make it all come together.
You’re seeking clarity around your vision for your wedding weekend, and want additional support to help ensure all the details come together seamlessly. with our curated list of preferred vendors and planning experience, we provide a full service or partial service to our happy couples - one wedding at a time.
Package includes:
Unlimited planning meetings (min. of 4) to review all wedding details (preferably in person or Zoom sessions)
Full communication access via text or email
Extensive day of coordination, inclusive of building that critical Day-of-Timeline, managing all hired vendors, setting up personal items, and coordinating event set up and breakdown
Assist in booking vendors* (dependng on your package)
Venue scouting, research, and securement (only for our full planning couples)
Conduct ceremony rehearsal week of/day before wedding
Assist with out of town guest services as needed (hotel room block, booking transportation, coordinating schedules for guests & wedding party, etc.)
Assist with budget management and provide recommendations on cost efficiencies if needed
Build out event design and coordinate all decor elements, and hire associated vendors as needed (floral, rentals, etc.)
